Apricot Heaven

Had a good example of making the jam making look easy. Here is Hayley stirring two bowls at once listening to a three min. song for the last stir before the jam gets to the bottle.  Bryan and Brianne also did jam leather . And froze the rest of the apricots for shakes. Nancy srained hers in the Victorio strainer and made leather all in all a big family effort to put up fruit,. What a family of great workers. I love ya for it!
