track meet (STATE)
We went to watch abbie in the state "Hershrey" track meet for kids from about 9-14--her 4x 100 relay team took --second--she was the first leg and ran like a speedy fast--race to pass the baton and it was great--we love watching her and enjoyed the fun of seeing them do so well

Stephen--Happy Birthday
Dear Stephen Happy Birthday --this little boy had a birthday--this one sitting here--Father in Heaven bless him--throughout the coming year. --
We've appreciated you for many --years now--and have shared in many birthdays with you. May this be a wonderful and memoriable birthday for you. We would like to do the top ten true to tradition.
its such a pleasure to think of your many fine qualities--know that these are just a few we captured in writing.
* Sense of humor---you take teasing and you can dish it out with the best of 'em --but in the end you laugh things off.
*good at games --its tough to beat you at games--you always play fair--but with a sense of compitition
*you are such a kind person--you like the scripture say are without "guile" --kindness goes a long way with us
* you are spiritual-- taking time to improve your knowledge of the gospel and share teachings of the gospel with your kids and taking them to church and having FHE and prayers.
* you teach your kids new things--like try to memorize three words--and remember them in the morning. and you inspire your kids
* you work hard and help your patients and do what is asked of you --and go above and beyond
* you take time to enjoy life--you find joy in friends and family and activities with both
* you give courage and encouragement to your kids and Nancy when they are up to things such as ragnar races, spelling bees, running relay races--or just making a new friend in a new ward- or giving a talk to the YW group
-you help them have a 'can do' attititude.
*you make eggs sandwiches for the kids, you wrestle with kyle, you pack him in the back pack
you are an example of greeting your kids with a heartfelt "HELLO" when you get back to them
* you are sensitive to tender stories involving your anscestors that have gone before --and you get the sacrifices they've made and you seem to understand--people of all ages --here on earth and those who have passed on.
* you are an all around wonderful person--with so much going for them--your family and your new practice are lucky to have you
