Unique opportunities

Our lives our made up of unique opportunities.  A number of opportunities came into our lives over the last nine years along with the calling Bryan had to serve  as a first councilor to Stephen Hunter in the his title was that of  President  Call in the Murray Parkway stake.  We made many friends and grew in our testimonies of the Gospel of the Church of Jesus Christ of Later day Saints.  These are days never to be forgotten,   as the visiting authorities came to make the release official.  They were kind and very fun to visit with  they were complimentary in their words, as to validating a job well done.  That was Elder Snow and Elder Tate who came to make the change.  It was the prophet Thomas S Monson who sent the letter of release and of thank you for service well done.  I am so proud of Bryan always being at his post  fulfilling the calling in a way that affected many lives.  Many kind souls wrote notes of appreciation to him and gave him kind words outloud of their appreciation of his devoted service.

 Elder Tate and Elder Snow were very kind and personable on their visit to our Luncheon and our stake
everyone seemed comfortable at the interactions with them from every level  Bryan was interviewed by them for his imput on potential stake pres and to thank him and commend him for his efforts  as he served.  They said to him that so many of the stake members were appreciative of him and of his service.  They had grown to love  him and they wanted Elder Tate and Elder Snow  to know of the terrific way that Bryan magnified his calling as first councilor to Pres Hunter
