Bryan Call is the most amazing friend husband, father and grand father I have ever known in mortality. I am so thankful to be along side him in this quest to return home..after being on earthly adventures and on being on lifes adventures--I hope to one day be by his side to return home to heaven. Happy fathers day

Just a short story about Bryan Willard Call:
Bryan was born in Heber City Ut to J Harold call and Helen E. Pay
Call they brought him home to their home in Heber and with in a few
years moved to another home in Heber.
As a boy he liked to play all sorts of things--especially in the
out of doors. He loved baseball and excelled in this. He would
ride his little bike all the way to Midway (five miles by my
approximation to the diamonds) and there he played his little heart
out and rode back home again. wish I could have seen him--he
was often picked to play on the all star team--(some times playing a
different position than he had played all season)
He loved to tease and he loved to be out of doors. He
worked with Mr Bebee at the Homestead helping with horses one summer
Another thing he was good at was math. His elementary
teacher would pull he and another friend aside --have Bryan and the
friend teach him the math lesson then he would teach the class.
Bryan went to Ricks college and had the time of of life.
Meeting others and becoming acquainted with all the fun stuff you do
at college. He roomed with some great friends
He went one semester there and has tales to tell then he
left for a mission to Nagoya Japan Mission
He loved his mission although he found the language challenging at
times--he loved the work and served a great and honorable mission.
After his return he enrolled at BYU-Provo. He studied a double
major Justice Administration and Sociology but he landed a job
with the State of Ut in 1982 after receiving a bachelor degree.
He has completed over 30 years with the state now and is eligible to
retire. *he said he is just 'tired' not retired.
ha.
He and I have lived in many places the last being Murray for 25
years. We are happy here. He has had callings in the church
including primary teacher, serving as YM advisor--he is great at many
things and working with all ages--he served as a bishop's councilor
to two bishops and then bishop and now currently as first councilor
in the stake presidency of the Murray Parkway stake- he is a
great man and father and husband and grandfather FIRST AND
FORMOST ..he is always there for us being fun and joking and loving
and giving wise council...I think he doesn't know I am sharing all
this stuff--but I couldn't resist--
cause when I think of all the traits of a great man I think
of my Bryan and I just wanted to say it

Brothers and sisters, I am thankful for a day to honor fathers and
grandfathers and to share my testimony of the Gospel with respect to
fathers, and their influence on each of us as we live the gospel.

life has been blessed as I have
observed
the wonderful examples of characteristics found in grandfathers and
fathers brothers husbands and sons and son in laws in my mortal
life. I want to tell you briefly a bit about mine and bonnie lunds

would like to illistrate this point with the example of my own
*father Ray.. (one of my sons and a recently newborn grandson—share
the name ray and a middle name and I hope from this illistration you
can see why that makes me happy)

list would be long—had I had an opprotunity to take a pole of wives
in this ward—and let them share thoughtful things you husbands had
done for they and your children.

Our
most loving father is that of our father in heaven
he
tells us in Moses that his work and his glory is to bring to pass our
imortality and eternal life—he tells us in other scriptures that he
loves and is willing to give all that he has to us—if we but do
what he has asked us to return to him. But he is bound by
laws—eternal laws. I thrill when I sing the song Oh my father
thou that dwells in the eternal courts on high—when shall I regain
thy presence?
I
bear my testimony that We have a loving Father in Heaven –to him I
am grateful for all that he is and does
in
the name of Jesus Christ. Amen
